Master stylist and owner, Jill has over 35 years of experience. Jill has taught all over the United States, Canada, and Mexico. She has worked for companies such as Calvin Klein, Dow Brands, and Joewell.
Jill is a master colorist, she specializes in the perfect blonde. Not only is Jill a master in her trade, she executes a beautiful haircut and color. A West Seattle native, Jill is known for her generosity and skills as a teacher and mentor.

Erin graduated from Gene Juarez in 1994 and is passionate about healthy beautiful hair. She LOVES teaching and learning through continuing education. Bumble and Bumble, Framesi and It&ly Hairfashion, are just a few of the amazing companies she’s had the chance to work with and educate for. She has hustled backstage at hair shows, taught classes throughout the US and was one of the West Coast Regional Educators for It&ly Hairfashion. She loves the technical aspect of color and works hard to cultivate creative, fun and appealing style for everyone who sits in her chair.
She loves to find the perfect style and color for each and every individual client. If you’re looking for a color correction, updo, cut or any color on the spectrum…She’s always up for the challenge!
In her spare time she enjoys riding her motorcycle, hanging out with her kiddo, volunteering with a local non profit, and enjoying the great Northwest!

Dennise has been a licensed esthetician since 2009. She graduated from the Euro Institute in Renton, where she studied Holistic Skincare. In the last 14 years, she has continued her education by learning advanced treatments, working with various skincare lines and learning multiple modalities. Her passion for understanding ingredients, and how they work within the skin, truly helps her customize a treatment plan and homecare regimen for each of her guests. She has had a passion for hair since before she can remember. Working alongside others with the same passion and goals allows Dez to stay driven to always giving her best work and self to every single person in her chair and around her.
Dez is always up for whatever comes her way, and at the end of the day, her goal is to always make whoever is in her chair feel their most confident, beautiful self!

Rachelle is a seasoned hairstylist with a passion for her craft. Graduating from Greenwood Academy of Hair in 2004, she has since honed her skills in cutting, coloring, and styling hair for women, men, and children.
Throughout her career, Rachelle has actively pursued continuous education, attending numerous extended cut and color classes. Embracing the belief that education is a never-ending journey for stylists, she thrives on learning new techniques and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
